Ordering Process and Payment

You can add your desired products to your personal shopping cart by clicking the button "Add to cart". After you have placed the article in your cart, a message saying "The article has been successfully added to your cart" will appear. For adding further articles, click the button "go on shopping".  You can access your cart at any time by clicking on the cart-symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the screen for making adjustments, deleting or adding products, change the quantity, rendeem vouchers, adapt dispatch- and payment settings and check on your total amount due.

By the time you have all your desired articles in your cart, you can access the payment page by clicking the "check-out" button. At this stage you are asked to log in with your customer account, given that you did not already log in before or during your shopping. Of course you have the possibility to place an order without opening up a customer account. If you choose not to open a customer account, please go for the option "I am a new customer" and "Do not create a customer account".

Via the button "log-in" or "go on" (in case of not wanting to log in) you are being directed to a page in which you can check your order. Here, you can check on, and if necessary adapt, the dispatch and payment settings, address and your shopping cart. Moreover, you are asked to accept the general terms and conditions and to note the right of withdrawal. This is mandatory for placing an order otherwise we cannot offer our products on the online shop to you.

For actually placing the order, please click the button "Place binding order". By doing this, you make a binding proposal. In the following, you will receive an E-mail containing a confirmation of your order which you can also download and print from the website. By the confirmation of your order being sent to you, the sales contract is concluded.
